ALERT: Sheriff’s Office Notified

A call has been placed to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department for assistance and extra patrol during the day while we are at work. Now that summer break is over and school is in full swing, we need to be on alert for burglars.
A home was burglarized on Pine Street a few days ago. The individual(s) stole an air conditioning unit. This may not seem like much to some, but means the world to others during the dog-days of summer.
Let’s be good neighbors and watch out for each other.  If you see anything suspicious or there is an emergency the following numbers can be called :
Visit the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department: for victim assistance or to submit an anonymous tip.
